You can download the template below and simply write in the name of the person you’re gifting.

I recommend printing it in A5 size on thicker matte paper (200–300g) and trimming the edges for a nice finish.

The lucky person can then email me themselves to book the tattoo, following the instructions here on my website.

And no worries – payment happens only after the tattoo is done :)
